The kitchen

Our kitchen is a truck, and we would not change it.

The building at 1433 Branham Lane never had one. It was a second-hand shop before it was a restaurant, so the kitchen sits where it always has — outside, fully permitted and inspected, a few steps from the dining room door.

Every plate is fired to order in it and carried across to you. Nothing waits under a heat lamp, because there is no heat lamp.
